I am looking for an Ellenor Georgina Jones,
who died in Shasta, California, on March 21, 1922. I understand she was born
in 1832 in Nashville, Tennessee. She appears on census records in Cincinnati,
Salt Lake City, and San Mateo County, California with her husband, Benjamin,
but I have no records of her in Shasta other than her death. I did request
the death certificate.
I'm looking for any kind of obituary or probate record. She died on March 21,
1922. Or a city directory listing her, or really any information. Thank you. |

I am looking for biological parents of Ollie/Olive (Alice/Elizbeth) EAMES (born 1868), who was adopted by Charles Wesley Eames and Elizabeth J. Guthrie.
The family lived in Shasta, CA at the time of the 1880 Census. Ollie was not
listed with the family in the 1870 Census, Shasta, CA. Ollie and was born in 1868. She married Karl Autenrieth of Yreka.
I am looking on any information for her real birth parents. Many thanks for

I am looking for information relating to F. M.
(Francis Marion) and Levina Whitlow in the 1883 time frame give or take even
a couple years prior. I am unsure when exactly they arrived from Kansas. I
know they lived on Dog Creek for a while and he was a miner and then came to
own the "Ranch Slatonis" on the stage line and ran the hotel and was postmaster.
I also know he was not buried at the Delta Cemetary but possibly at Portugese
Flats Cemetary (Baker Ranch) somewhere near the Sperry Family Monument. I am
trying to locate especially Levina's information I know she passed after they
arrived but I cannot find any records about that. Any information on them would
be great. What information I do have is from a relative who did research in
1959 and is broken up and not in order so makes no sense. Thank you, Susie
