Roberta Woolliscroft, 63
RAMONA - Roberta Belle Cook Woolliscroft, 63, died Saturday, Dec. 16, 2000, at her home.
Born Aug. 26, 1937, in San Jacinto, she was a longtime resident of Ramona. She graduated from Ramona High School. She had been an electronic assembler for Johansen Dielectrics Inc.
Ms. Woolliscroft is survived by her companion, Charles E. Smith of Ramona; mother Margaret Sneddon of Ramona; sons David O¹dell and Brian O¹dell, both of Ramona; daughters Terry Runkle and Bernice Blacklock, both of Ramona, and Rhonda Berns of Iowa; sister Patricia Wilson of San Diego and eight grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, at Ramona Nuevo Memory Gardens with Dr. F. Alan Pickering, Elizabeth Hospice chaplain, officiating.

LeRoy Johnson, 70
ENCINITAS - LeRoy Carl Johnson, 70, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000.
Born Dec. 12, 1930, in Oceanside, he was a resident of Carlsbad. He was retired from Pacific Bell and served in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Sharon Johnson of Carlsbad; son and daughter-in-law Mark and Maureen Johnson of Oceanside; daughter and son-in-law Laurie and Patrick McChesney of Washington, brother Sonny Johnson of Oceanside; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A private cremation is planned.

SAN DIEGO - Robert Joseph Leslie, 81, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000.
Born Oct. 8, 1919, in Glendale, he was a resident of La Jolla for 10 years. He was president of Mercotac Inc.
Mr. Leslie is survived by his wife, Dorothy Leslie of La Jolla; sons and daughters-in-law David and Dale Leslie of Riverside, Richard and Kathryn Leslie of Bend, Ore., and Timothy and Linda Leslie of Valley Center; brother Donald J. Leslie of Alta Dena; sister Betty Grimes of Newport Beach; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

ESCONDIDO - Robert A. Finch, 72, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000.
Born Feb. 12, 1928, in Sacramento, he was a resident of Escondido for 11 years. He was a gate attendant for Del Mar Race Track.
Mr. Finch is survived by his wife of 20 years, Cindi Finch of Escondido; sons Larry Finch of Anaheim and Ralph Finch of Riverside; daughter Helen Finch of Los Angeles; brothers Charles Finch of Lynwood and John Finch of Seal Beach; sister Martha Ziegler of Seal Beach; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

DeNiece Trull, 65
ESCONDIDO - - - DeNiece Elaine Trull, 65, died Monday, Dec. 18, 2000, at Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa.
Born June 1, 1935, in Los Angeles, she was a resident of Escondido for eight years. She retired in 1997 as an activities director at Morning View Terrace. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, a volunteer for Kaiser, Escondido, and a graduate of Stanford University in 1957.
Mrs. Trull is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, James and Anne Mussatti of Overland Park, Kan., and David and Kelly Mussatti of Valley Center; daughter Mary Mussatti of Escondido; sisters Dolores Grondahl of Oslo, Norway, and Mary Louise Burrell of Los Angeles; and granddaughters Rebecca and Erika Mussatti.
A memorial service is scheduled for today, Dec. 20, at 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Escondido, with the Rev. Faith Conklin officiating. A private cremation and scattering at sea is planned.

Born June 4, 1913, in Scarsdale, N.Y., she was a resident of San Marcos for 37 years. She was a homemaker for 50 years.
Ms. Stetson was preceded in death by her husband, Chief Petty Officer John P. Stetson, in 1972. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Kathy Stetson of Valley Center; daughters and sons-in-law Crystal and Mark Miller of Escondido and Barbara and Richard Grabowski of San Marcos; and brother Henry Weiss of San Marcos.

Mrs. Milkey was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Edwin A. Milkey, on March 7, 1992. ESCONDIDO - - - Margaret Brooks, 84, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000, at Palomar Medical Center.
Born Sept. 16, 1916, at Lordsburg, N.M., she was a resident of Escondido for 50 years. She was a member of First United Methodist Church for 50 years, a member of the church craft group and a Sunday school teacher for many years.
Mrs. Brooks was preceded in death by her husband, W. Randolph Brooks, in 1980 and her brother William Edger in 1998. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Mary and Michael Circle of Steamboat Springs, Colo.; brother and sister-in-law Edward and Vera Edgar of Fayetteville, Ark.; and sister-in-law Vinita Brooks of Escondido.
A funeral service is scheduled for 10 a.m. today, Dec. 20, at First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ralph Johnson officiating. Interment will be at 1 p.m. at Oak Hill Memorial Park.

Aurelio Martinez-Leon, 70
POWAY - - - Aurelio Martinez-Leon, 70, died Thursday, Dec. 14, 2000, at Pomerado Hospital.
Born Sept. 25, 1930, at Caguas, Puerto Rico, he was a resident of San Diego for one year. He worked for Rockwell International as an aerospace engineer, served in the U.S. Army, and was a member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics and was a co-holder of the U.S. patent for the design of a rocket engine.
Mr. Martinez-Leon is survived by his wife of 59 years, Geraldine Martinez of Rancho Bernardo; mother Carmen; daughters and sons-in-law Elisa and Tom Wing of San Diego and Laura and Steve Keil of Brazil; brothers Nestor and Alfredo; and sisters Candy, Marta, Margie and Norma, all of Puerto Rico.
Vistitation and funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 19, at St. Timothy's Episcopal Church, and interment was held at El Camino Memorial Park, with the Rev. Josh Acton officiating.

Born June 9, 1919, in Bellville, N.J., she was a resident of Escondido for 12 years. She was a loan officer for Palmer Savings Bank.
Ms. Donachie is survived by her daughter, Joanne Piechota of Rancho Penasquitos, and three grandchildren.

Born May 23, 1929, in Oceanside, she was a resident of San Marcos.
Mrs. Alter was preceded in death by her son Alan Gould in 1994. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Frank Alter of San Marcos; son and daughter-in-law Mark W. and Edna M. Stevensen of San Jose; daughter Pam Thorstad of Shady Cove, Ore.; brother Ted Keife of Texas; sisters Patricia Wulff of Escondido and Eileen Gain of Santee; 11 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Interment is scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11, at Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery, San Diego.

Born Dec. 19, 1936, in Los Angeles, she was a resident of Encintas for 18 years. She was a registered nurse with All Care Home Services and volunteer at Scripps Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Moynihan was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Paul D. Moynihan, and her parents, Jose and Lorreta Corral. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Y. Moynihan of Borrego Springs; and stepson Patrick Moynihan of New York City.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 21, at St. John's Catholic Church in Encinitas. Cremation and private inurnment are planned.

Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, Wesley Wilson, on Nov. 9, 1983; son Bernard C. Clay on April 19, 1961; sister Josephine Rolfe in 1984; mother Catherine Hanson; and father Joseph Bright. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Regina and Richard Scott of Newburgh; and sister Mary Pelton of Tryon, Okla.
