Sampson a native of the Kingdom of Great Britain and a Subject of the same but now a resident of the City of Marysville, County of Yuba, State of California, one of the United States of North America, being now of sound mind and disposing memory, but being conscious of the instability and uncertainty of human affairs, do make, sign, declare and publish this, my last will and testa- ment: That is to say--- Item First: It is my will and pleasure that my daughter, Camilla Beverly Scott Sampson, who was born on the Frith of Thames in the Island of New Ulster of the New Zealand Cluster of Islands, and is now about thirteen or fourteen years of age, residing in the City of Marysville aforesaid shal have * * * all the real, personal and mixed property of whatever kind of which * * * at my death may belong to me or to which I may be entitled after all my just and legal debts to which said property may be subject shall have been fully paid and satisfied.
