Tulare County is a member

of the USGenWeb's - Family Group Sheets Project

The Family Group Sheet - Main Project Page

Selecting this Main Project Page option takes you to the primary Family Group Sheets' webpage.  All of the states are listed on that main page, along with the total number of Group Sheets submitted to each state.  You will also see a total of all Group Sheets that have been submitted, to date, from all over the country.   You can do a FreeFind Search from that page.

Family Group Sheet Project - State Page

Selecting a state page from that main page, in our case California, will enable you to see the total number of Family Group Sheets submitted to date. You can select by surname-initial, all of the group sheets submitted for that first letter surname. You will also be able to see the counties currently participating in the Project, the number of sheets belonging to that county, and the option to go to that county.

Family Group Sheet Project - County Page

Selecting a County Page, from a State Page, will display that county's group sheet, where group sheet links will be listed.  These county pages list families that lived, at least some portion of their lives, in that county.

A Submission Option, is offered on each of the three project pages, and will take you to the Family Group Sheet form which, along with the form itself, includes detailed instructions on how the form is to be filled out.  They can not accept GEDCOM files.

California Family Group Sheets are maintained by Gina Heffernan, who is the Family Group Sheet Project Manager.

If you need to make a correction to your own FGS, or, if you have submitted a group sheet at least a month ago and still do not see it listed here, please contact me.
