First, That Doctor Vancanacham is a Father and Mother to my son John Henry Townsend. Secently, That my brother Moses Schallenberger is the sole executor of all my and my son's possessions. Third, I bequeath to Doctor Vancanacham one third of my property on Californey Street property and one third to my son, and the other third to my brother, each and all of them have and to hold through life time and then to go to their heirs and asines-But never to sell it.
