County Records, San Jose, California.) Date: 25 February 1856. Probate: 5 January 1857. In the name of God, Amen: I, Juana Rubia Garcia, wife of the late A. Garcia, being of sound and disposing mind, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made. First: I desire that my sons Pedro and Victorico shall have my house and land which stands equally between them, and my daughter Matilda shall have the house and lot on which she now lives in the City of San Jose. And the balance of my property, consisting of the balance of the lot in San Jose, not before diposed of, and an interest in the tract of land in the County of Los Angeles to be equally divided between my sons Pedro and Victorico and my daughters Viviana Feliciana and Matilda. Second: I desire and hereby constitute my son Pedro my sole executer of this my will with full power to carry out its intent and meaning as above set forth and having implicit confidence in him, I desire that he should be said Executor without giving any bond or security whatever.
