Dated: 6 November 1850. 
 
(1). I do make and appoint Joaquin Castro my executor 
for the settlement of all my estate. (2). It is my 
desire that all my just debts shall be paid out of 
the personal estate if sufficient, if not out of my 
Real Property. (3) All my real and personal property 
remaining I give and bequeath to my son Daniel and 
do appoint the said Joaquin Castro guardian for my 
son Daniel ..................
