I, Andrew Jacobson, of the town of Santa Clara, County of 
Santa Clara, State of California, deeming life uncertain 
and being now of sound mind and faculties, do by these 
presence publish...and make this instrument my last will 
and teatament. 

It is my will that after my death my Executor...pay 
all my debts and funeral expenses out of my estate. I 
will and bequeath to my good freiend and copartner in trade, 
Lewis Wampach, all of the residue of my estate, both real and
personal...and I do... appoint and ordain my said goodfriend and 
copartner, Lewis Wampach, Executor and Administrator of 
this last will and testament. 

In witness whereto I have hereunto set my hand 
and seal this 11th day of September 1854.
