It is my will that after my death my Executor...pay all my debts and funeral expenses out of my estate. I will and bequeath to my good freiend and copartner in trade, Lewis Wampach, all of the residue of my estate, both real and personal...and I do... appoint and ordain my said goodfriend and copartner, Lewis Wampach, Executor and Administrator of this last will and testament.
