First: I give and bequeath to my wife Phoebe all my estate... to have and to hold the same during her widowhood for the use of herself and our children. But, if my wife should ever marry I desire my oldest son, William, to take charge of the estate and the children... I do hereby appoint my wife sole executrix of this my last will and testament.
