Think how she must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of her as living in the hearts of those she touched.... for nothing loved is ever lost- and she was loved so much. E. Chiyo was known by most people as "Grandma". She survived many hardships throughout her long life but only showed love, support and joy to those around her. She was an avid gardener and had a wonderful sense of humor. Most of all she always accepted people as they were and strived to help them any way she could. All those whom she touched will miss her dearly. As per her request, a private service will be held for family members only. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent on her behalf to: Japanese SDA Church, 4040 49th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95823.
