I have much more on this family, but just wanted to let you know F. M. FAUCETT'S correct name is Thomas Monroe FAUCETT, and a little about him and his family. A bit more about him: Age at Death - 71 Years, per obit; Residence on 21 November 1893 and on 10 August 1896 - Dennis Precinct, Bates Station, Madera County, CA, 10½ miles south-southeast of Raymond, near junction of Roads 209 and 406, per 1898 Great Register, Madera County; Occupation on 10 August 1896 - farmer. I have not been able to find which cemetery in North Fork Thomas Monroe FAUCETT, his wife, Mary Ann JERMAN FAUCETT, or their daughter, Parmilia Ann "Ora" FAUCETT TRIPP, and possibly her husband are buried. Do you know of anyone who might be able to help me locate their burial site? I have checked some of the cemeteries, but not luck yet! Sandy and I had hoped to make the Madera Old Timer's celebration, but couldn't make it. I have many family members (Direct and collateral descendants) still living in Madera county and many who have died there. Some of the family names are: AMER, BROWN, CURRAN, EAVES, FAUCETT, FOUST, FRIDLEY, GARNER, KENNEY, KING, LEWIS, PARKER, PARLIER, POWELL, and others. Everett Leland & Beula Mae (BROWN) GARNER and Donald "Don" & Mildred "Mouse" "Midge" (KENNEY) EAVES are my cousins. Submitted by Harleigh Winkler hcwsew@comcast.net |
