Latham Nov. 16, 1917 - Feb. 21, 2005 A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sat., March 12, 2005 in the Seventh Day Adventist Church of Myrtle Creek, Oregon, for Roy H. Latham, who died Feb. 21 at the age of 87. Mr. Latham was born November 16, 1917 in Cutter, NM. He worked on Mare Island during World War II, and was a carpenter for 30 years in Bakersfield, CA. After retirement, he was active with Maranatha Volunteers building churches, schools, and various other projects. Mr. Latham is survived by his wife, Ethel Latham of Myrtle Creek, OR; and by his daughter Judith Latham and son-in-law John Ambrose of Milpitas, CA. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Adventist Community Services of Myrtle Creek Food Bank, P.O. Box 863, Myrtle Creek, Oregon, 97457.
