James Frank Dresser

Visitation for James Frank Dresser will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 
Niles St.) on Tuesday evening January 4, 2005 from 5-8 p.m. and Graveside 
services will be held at Greenlawn Southwest Cemetery on Wednesday morning 
January 5, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. 

James was born in Santa Clara, CA on July 3, 1931 and passed away in 
Bakersfield, CA on December 28, 2004 with his family by his side. Frank was 
employed as a Well Operator for 25 years and had resided in Bakersfield for 50 
years.

James is survived by his wife, Mary Dresser; daughter, Betty Fernandez; 
daughter and husband, Reida and Rick Cingel; daughter, Robie Rancs; brothers 
and sisters-in-law, Reid and Eunice Dresser, Gene and Janet Dresser, Richard 
and Marie Dresser, Sam and Joan Dresser; sister and brother-in-law, Celestine 
and Dave Bracamonte; brother, Leland Dresser; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

James dearly loved his family. He adored his grandchildren and they adored 
him. James was loved by all that knew him and he will be deeply missed. For
