Elizabeth G. Albaugh
May 7, 1921 August 10, 2004

Elizabeth Garretson Albaugh, 84, former longtime resident of Bakersfield, went 
home to be with the Lord, August 10, 2004, in Columbia, SC. Elizabeth was born 
in Steubenville, Ohio on May 7, 1921 and moved with her family to San Luis 
Obispo in the early 1940s. She was employed with the San Luis Obispo County 
Welfare Department for over thirty years, and retired in 1976. After her 
retirement, she and her family relocated to Bakersfield. She was a member of 
Eastminster Presbyterian Church. 

Her parents, Harold and Alice Garretson Albaugh, and also brothers, John E. 
and Charles B. Albaugh predeceased Miss Albaugh. Nieces, Marelee Albaugh 
France of Lancaster, CA, Joney Albaugh Haff of Longwood, FL and Susan Albaugh 
Brown of Hollister, CA survive her.

Private services will be held at a later date.
