Louis William Baugh Sr. (Bill) 
2/17/1921 - 7/21/2005 

Bill Baugh passed away peacefully on July 21, 2005, at his home in 
Bakersfield. He was 84 years old. Bill was a twenty year resident of 
Bakersfield. Bill requested no services. A scattering of his ashes has taken 
place at sea. Bill was born February 17, 1921, in Huntington Park, California. 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Daisy Baugh; brothers, Don 
and Bob and wife, Daisy. Bill is survived by his daughter, Nancy Nolan and 
husband, Pat of Bakersfield; daughter, Debbie Goens and husband, Larry of 
Bakersfield; son, Bill Baugh Jr. and wife, Nancy of Paso Robles; eight 
grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Bill enjoyed a 25-year career 
with the Dept. of Corrections and retired in 1971, as a Program Administrator 
at California Mens Colony in San Luis Obispo. Bill was a WWII Army Veteran. 
Bill was most proud of his family and will be lovingly missed. Donations in 
Bills memory may be made to the American Cancer Society or the SPCA.
