This Indenture made and entered into this 25th Novm 1843 between Sally O. GUINN of the one part and William H CAMPBELL Her Son of the other part both of the County of Washington and State of Kentucky Witnesseth that the said Sally O. GUINN hath bargaind and conveyd unto William H CAMPBELL her Son all her Right and Title to a certain tract or parcel of land it being the place wheron the said Sally O GUINN now lives supposing to be 58 acres and a ¼ being in the County aforesaid and on the Waters of the Beech fork and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at two white oaks on a Ridge on the South side of the main Road leading from Springfield to Perryville thence to the dividing line between George CAMPBELL and the said Sally O GUINN the distance not known thence along the dividing line to the line on the North end of said Tract or parcel of land thence a long that line to a Sugar tree white oak and red oak on a hill side thence S __ E 160 poles to the Beginning To have and to hold the Tract or parcel of land from and against the Claim or Claims of her the said Sally O GUINN and from and against the Claim or Claims of her heirs or assigns unto him the said Wm H CAMPBELL his heirs or assigns forever and Thereby make unto the said Wm H CAMPBELL a Special Warrantee Deed against the Claim or Claims of any other person Whatsoever.

In Testimony Whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my seal this the day and date above Written.

Nathaniel Campbell/Sally O. Guinn

This Indenture made the 29th day of March 1847 Between Sarah GUINN of Washington County and State of Kentucky of the one part and Nathaniel CAMPBELL of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witneseth that the Said Sarah GUINN for and in consideration of the Sum of Three hundred and fifty Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged hath granted, bargained and sold unto the Said Nathaniel CAMPBELL his heirs and assigns forever a certain Tract or parcel of land Containing one hundred acres situated in the County and State aforesaid and Bounded as follows. To wit Beginning at Richard DORSEYs S.E. Corner at two beeches two poplars Elm and ash on both sides of Laskey Creek thence S40 poles to a beech, Sugar tree and two ashes and a white oak on a ridge thence East 160 poles to two Beeches, poplar and Lynn(?) thence N 100 poles to three Beeches, and poplar thence West 160 poles to three Sugar trees and three Dogwoods thenceS. 60 poles to the Beginning with its appurtenances to the only proper use and behoof(?) of him the Said Nathaniel CAMPBELL his heirs and assigns forever and the Said Sarah GUINN doth hereby bind herself her heirs and to Warrant and forever defend the same against the Claim and Claims of all and Every person or persons whatever.

I William B. BOOKER Clerk of the County aforesaid do certify that on the day of the date hereof this deed from Sally GWIN to Nathaniel CAMPBELL was produced to me in my office and Acknowledged by the said Sally GWIN to be her act and Deed for the purposes therein mentioned. Whereupon Said Deed Together with this Certificate hath been duly admitted to Record in Deed Book Q page 212. __
